I have adored Golden Retrievers for over 25 years and have put over 45 titles on my dogs as well as having a top Golden Retriever in the breed ring owner handled with a Best in Show along the way. I have acquired Championships, hunting titles and obedience titles and have bred service dogs as well as search and rescue . I owned a children's daycare for 13 years and then went on to a kennel business offering grooming ,boarding and training. I am now just focusing on my dogs and showing them and also teaching my granddaughter how to care for and get her own show dogs ready for the ring:):) I believe all breeders should be promoting their dogs in some venue and not just breeding for production . I have mentored many of the members in the MGRC and I am always happy to do what ever I can as far as education and hands on.  I love the Maine Golden Retriever Club for all they do for our wonderful breed.
